Most agencies make you book a call to hear a number. Here are ours, in dollars, with the trade-offs explained. Two ways to buy the same program (build plus monthly reporting), and one honest reason the longer option costs less.

How much does SEO cost in Canada?

Our program (local and AI search optimization plus monthly reporting) runs $1,600 to $1,900 per month depending on commitment. One-off work is priced separately: the full SEO audit is $1,200, a website build is quoted per project, and the readiness scan is free. Every number is on this page.

Why the spread instead of one price? Because commitment changes what we can responsibly deliver. SEO compounds: month one is foundations, month two is momentum, month three is when trend data means something. A client who commits to that arc costs us less in restarts and gets more of our senior time, and the price reflects it. A client who wants to stay month-to-month keeps maximum flexibility and pays for it openly, not through hidden fees.

What are the two ways to work with us?

Month-to-month at $1,900, cancel anytime, with analytics reporting starting in month three. Or the three-month program at $1,700 monthly ($4,800 if paid upfront, which works out to $1,600 a month) and carries our money-back guarantee. Same work in both; the difference is commitment and proof.

Why is there a three-month minimum?

Because that is the honest minimum for measurable SEO results. Rankings move in weeks, but trend-quality evidence (traffic, calls, citations you can attribute to the work) takes about a quarter. Selling you one month of SEO and a report would be selling noise.

The three months also buy something most owners don't know exists: history. Search Console keeps data for the last 16 months, so the moment we verify your domain, your baseline going back over a year becomes visible, and Bing Webmaster Tools now offers 16 months of historical data as well. Your before-and-after is real from day one: what your traffic did for the year before us, next to what it does after. That is the standard every monthly report is held to.

Why doesn't month-to-month include reporting right away?

Because a one-month report is statistically meaningless, and we won't charge for theatre. Month-to-month clients get the same build work from day one; the analytics reporting layer switches on in month three, once there is enough post-change data to say something true.

If that feels like an incentive to pick the three-month program: it is, and we would rather earn the commitment with a plain trade-off than with a contract clause. Reporting is the centre of how we work: it is what proves the money was worth spending, which is exactly why we refuse to fake an early version of it.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes, on the upfront program: if after three months nothing has measurably changed (impressions, clicks, rankings, calls, AI citations, anything in your own Google and Bing data), you get the full $4,800 back. Measurable change is a low bar on purpose; we expect to clear it embarrassingly early.

What we will never guarantee is a specific rank, because no one can: proximity and competition vary by neighbourhood and engines change weekly. Any agency guaranteeing "#1 on Google" is guaranteeing something it does not control. We guarantee the thing we do control: verifiable movement in your own data, or your money back.

What does one-off work cost?
