How much does SEO cost in Canada?

The Growth Partnership is $2,000 per month, one rate, covering local and AI search optimization, monthly content, and reporting. It starts with the Visibility Audit, which is free and yours to keep either way. Month-to-month adds a one-time $6,000 setup fee, which we cover on a 12-month term. A website rebuild is quoted separately, on request.

One monthly rate, not a range. What changes is the setup fee: $6,000 on month-to-month, nothing on a 12-month term. That is the whole difference, and it is arithmetic rather than a claim: $30,000 in year one if you stay flexible, $24,000 if you commit.

The fee exists because the work is front-loaded. The diagnosis, the technical fixes, the schema, the page structure and the tracking all happen in the first weeks, and they are the expensive part. A client who stays a year absorbs that cost across twelve invoices. A client who might leave in month two does not, so it is charged upfront instead of hidden in a higher monthly for everyone.

What are the two ways to work with us?

Both are $2,000 a month for the same work. Month-to-month means you can leave whenever you like and pay a one-time $6,000 setup fee for the front-loaded work. Commit to 12 months and we cover that fee ourselves. Nothing else changes.

What do you actually get for the monthly?

Three things run in parallel every month: the diagnosis that decides what to work on, the build work that changes the site, and the reporting that proves whether it moved. Every client gets all three at the same rate.

What the program covers, side by side
DiagnosisThe buildReporting
The Visibility Audit, free at the startTechnical fixes: crawl, speed, schema, page structureGoogle Search Console and Bing, from your own accounts
Keyword and intent research, refreshed monthlyLocation and service pages written to answer real questionsGoogle Analytics, with lead and call tracking wired up

Freshness and decay checks on what already ranksWebsite rebuild, quoted separately when the site cannot be fixed in placeA standing baseline, so before-and-after is real

When does reporting become meaningful?

Around month three, and that is a fact about data rather than a term of the deal. Rankings move in weeks, but trend-quality evidence (traffic, calls, citations you can attribute to the work) takes about a quarter. Everyone gets reporting from the start; it just says more once there is post-change data behind it.

Verifying your accounts also buys something most owners don't know exists: history. Search Console keeps data for the last 16 months, so the moment we verify your domain, your baseline going back over a year becomes visible, and Bing Webmaster Tools now offers 16 months of historical data as well. Your before-and-after is real from day one: what your traffic did for the year before us, next to what it does after. That is the standard every monthly report is held to.

Why a setup fee instead of a higher monthly?

Because the front-loaded work is real and someone has to pay for it. Rolling it into the monthly would mean every client funds it forever, including the ones who stay for years. So it is charged once, and if you commit to 12 months we absorb it ourselves, because a year of working together pays for it on our side.

We would rather earn a commitment with a plain trade-off than a contract clause. There is no cancellation penalty on month-to-month and no lock-in beyond the term you choose. If you would rather see the work than read about it, the 100th Meridian case study shows the numbers a full program produced.

Before spending anything, most people also want to know who they would be working with and how we think. That is what the about page and the articles are for.

What does one-off work cost?

Two things: the Visibility Audit is free with no retainer required, and a website rebuild is quoted per site on request. Nothing else is sold on its own.
