How do I get started?

Run the free audit. It takes about a minute and shows whether search and AI engines can even read your site: crawler access, schema, llms.txt, platform, and page weight. No card, no call. Everything after that is your decision, made with the findings in hand.

How much does it cost?

The Growth Partnership is $2,000 a month, one rate, and it begins with the Visibility Audit, which is free. Month-to-month adds a one-time $6,000 setup fee, which we cover on a 12-month term. A website rebuild is quoted separately, on request. All numbers, and what each option includes, are published on the pricing page. The price on the website is the price on the phone.

How long does SEO take to work?

Expect early movement in weeks (profile fixes and technical cleanup show fast) and trend-quality results in about three months. That quarter is the honest unit of SEO progress, which is why the pricing runs month to month by default: you can stop at the end of any month that has not earned its keep.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and neither can anyone else. Google's own documentation says it plainly: "There's no way to request or pay for a better local ranking on Google" (Google Business Profile Help). What we commit to instead is measurable change in your own data, reported from your own Google and Bing accounts.

Why isn't my business showing up on Google?

Usually one of three things: your profile is incomplete or miscategorized, your business facts disagree across the web, or your site is unreadable to crawlers. Do you optimize for Google or for AI search?

The ongoing part of the program: monthly reports built from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools: traffic, queries, rankings, calls, plus AI citations and which AI bots read your site. Historical data means your baseline is visible from day one, so before-and-after comparisons are real.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep everything. The site improvements, content, schema, profile work, and analytics access are yours: we build in your accounts, not ours. Month-to-month clients can stop at the end of any month. Clients on a 12-month term see the term out. Nobody's data gets held hostage; that practice is why owners distrust this industry.

Do you build websites?

Yes, as a Custom Partnership scoped per project. You get a fast, search-ready site and own it outright, with no retainer attached. Details on website design. If you later want the Growth Partnership on top, the site will already be built for it.

What do you need from me to start?

Your real business facts (name, address, phone, hours, services) plus access grants: you add our service account as a user in Google Analytics, Search Console, and your Business Profile. We send step-by-step guides written for non-technical owners. Most clients finish setup in under an hour.

Will you change my website without asking?

Never. Every change is proposed, explained, and approved by you before it ships: site, profile, and listings alike. You will always know what changed and why, and each monthly report lists the changes made alongside the results they produced.
